How long does it take to process an order?

Speed of processing is one of our strengths! We undertake to process your order as soon as we receive your payment. If you pay by bank transfer or cheque, the processing time will be longer because we wait to receive your payment before sending your order.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed :

• before 2pm will be dispatched the same day
• after 2pm will be shipped the next working day

Shipments are made every day except weekends and public holidays.

Please note that if certain products are not in stock and show a delay in availability, e.g. "Available for purchase" followed by "Restocking within 5 working days", this means that the product ordered will be delivered to us within 5 working days. The shipment is made as soon as we receive the product.

If your basket contains products in stock as well as products that are out of stock, you have the possibility to split your order into 2 shipments free of charge so that you can have the available products delivered immediately. You just have to check in your basket "Send available products first". The delivery costs will then be doubled.

How will my order be shipped?

In order to best meet the needs of each customer, Senup offers a wide choice of carriers, each offering different services and prices.

• DPD: Home delivery with double presentation of the package in case of absence.
• DPD Pickup parcelshops: Delivery in a relay point of your choice.
• UPS: Home delivery
• UPS Access Point: Delivery to a relay point of your choice.
• GLS : Home delivery with delivery in a relay point in case of absence.

Delivery charges

We keep costs to a minimum, so you pay the minimum. This is the most important benefit for our customers' satisfaction.

Delivery costs are calculated according to the country of destination, the carrier and the amount of your purchases. On the other hand, some bulky products require truck transport and have specific prices. Example: a medical bed.

You can always check the amount of shipping costs in the details of a product or in the shopping cart by clicking on "See shipping costs". The amount is automatically calculated according to the contents of the shopping cart, the delivery method and the selected destination country.

Can I choose a different delivery address?

Of course. During the ordering process, you have the possibility to indicate a delivery address different from the billing address.

Discreet packaging, without any reference to the contents

Indeed, we offer a discreet delivery with a completely neutral packaging, without any mention of the content of the package. Senup makes it a point of honour to guarantee a trustworthy service to respect the privacy of its customers.

How do I track my package?

Once the order is placed, you will receive 2 emails:

• The first email informs you that the order has been validated.
• The second email confirms the shipment of the package and explains how to track the package.

You can also check the status of your order and the tracking number of your package in your customer account.
