Satisfied or money back
Is an item not to your liking? It's very simple, you have 30 calendar days to notify us and another 30 days to return it. We will immediately refund your order upon receipt and verification of the package.
How do I do this? Simply send us your request by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) and our team will take note of it. Click here to find out more about the return procedure.
The returned product must be in its original box/packaging, undamaged, unconsumed, with all accessories, instructions and other original contents.
Who pays the return postage?
- The return costs are at the expense of Senup in the following cases:
- The product is defective or malfunctioning while still under warranty* (minimum 2 years).
- The product has been damaged during transport. (Provide a photo of the product and the packaging)
- The product does not correspond to the one you ordered.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods in the following cases:
- The product does not suit you or you have chosen the wrong product.
