How do I return a product ?

  1. Contact us via online chat or by e-mail (info@senup.be) so that our team can process your request as efficiently as possible.
  2. Place the product in its original packaging.
  3. Put the product in a suitable package. (It is advisable to use the Senup box).
  4. We instruct our carrier to collect the package.

CAUTION : If you are responsible for the return shipping costs, you can have the package returned by our carrier but you will be charged for this (shipping costs will be deducted from your refund). Click here to find out more about return shipping costs.

You may also choose any other means of shipment to return a package to us. In this case, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for the return.

What is the product guarantee?

You benefit from a minimum guarantee* of 2 years on each product ordered on our Senup shop. The duration of the guarantee is mentioned on each product sheet.

If the product is faulty or has been damaged in transit, you can choose from the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the product with a new one.
  • L’obtention d’un bon d’achat équivalent à la valeur du/des produit(s) et des frais d’expéditions concernés.
  • A full refund of the product(s) and the shipping costs involved.

You have 30 days to withdraw and 30 additional days to return the product to us.
If you order before 2pm
Each order placed before 2:00 p.m. will be dispatched the same day. Subject to availability of the product in stock. * From Monday to Friday.
